📋 Shipping Guidelines
🗓️ How We Count Days
- • Production time is in business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our print partner's workshop is closed at weekends.
- • Transit time is in calendar days — every day counts, weekends and holidays included.
- • Your total wait = production + transit, counted from the day you order.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.
⏱️ Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events), processing time may extend to 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday).
🏭 Where Your Order Ships From
Orders are produced and dispatched by our print partner in the USA. Every item is printed to order at that facility and then shipped to you. Orders delivered outside that country ship internationally from there, which is why their transit times are longer and customs may apply.
🚚 Delivery Time
Transit times vary based on the recipient's address and selected shipping method. Please note:
- • Transit times are quoted in calendar days — weekends and public holidays are counted, not skipped
- • They are estimates from the ship date, not the order date: add the production time above to get the total wait
- • Carriers do not collect or deliver every day everywhere; a Sunday or a public holiday can push a parcel to the next working day
- • Times may be affected by distance from our shipping facility

⚠️ Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🎖️ Military Addresses & PO Boxes
✅ Orders can be delivered to Military Addresses
We proudly support our military personnel by shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
📮 Carrier Information
USPS is the only postal service that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO military addresses, so military orders ship via USPS whichever method you choose.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
Shipments to military addresses can take up to 35 calendar days to arrive at any domestic or international military/APO address.
Delivery lead time may vary for several reasons:
- • Military aircraft schedules
- • Weather delays
- • Delivery destination
- • Sorting process delays
- • Courier service tier
🔒 Tracking Limitation
Important: Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking will stop updating for military security reasons. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
⚠️ Possible Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:
- •Weather & Natural Events: Severe weather, natural disasters, or environmental conditions
- •Peak Seasons: High volume during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) and promotional events
- •Federal Holidays: No shipping or delivery on federal holidays
- •Customs Processing: International orders may experience delays at customs
- •Carrier Delays: Issues with carrier operations beyond our control
- •Address Issues: Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Verify shipping address: Confirm the delivery address on your order to ensure it was sent to the correct location
- Check delivery notifications: Review any delivery notifications, photos, or instructions left by the carrier
- Ask household members: Check if someone else at your address accepted the delivery
- Thoroughly search delivery area: Carefully check your mailbox, porch, garage, side doors, bushes, and surrounding areas
- Check with neighbors: Ask neighbors in case the package was delivered to a nearby address by mistake
- For apartments/buildings/complexes: Double-check nearby parcel lockers, mailbox areas, mail center, or ask building management/guards
- Review security footage: Check your security camera or doorbell camera for delivery confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours: Tracking can sometimes update prematurely; the package may still arrive
- Contact local post office: Reach out to your local post office or carrier facility for detailed delivery information
